Rhonda was born and raised in Springfield, Illinois. After graduating from Southern Illinois University School of Law, she practiced law with insurance defense firms in the St. Louis and Metro-East area of Illinois, representing major insurance companies in personal injury lawsuits, wrongful death claims, and other injury cases.
As defense counsel for the insurance companies, Rhonda was rigorously trained to defeat valid injury claims. Having gained experitise in the tactics of insurance companies and the litigators who defend them, she quickly excelled at obtaining "goose egg" verdicts and achieving low-ball settlements for the insurance companies.
Several years ago, Rhonda realized that she was fighting for the wrong side. She now uses the insider knowledge and the skills she acquired in her years as insurance defense counsel to the advantage of injured clients. This knowledge, combined with her skill, compassion, and determination to help injured people, have served her clients well, resulting in millions of dollars in settlements and jury verdicts. She has earned a rating of 8.5 (Excellent) in the Avvo Ratings of Lawyers.
